i purchase a new Samsung galaxy y s5360 on dated 20th-dec.-2011 and on that airtel have a scheme that that they provide 3G 500MB data for 1 month free. and they does not give me benefit of scheme . i contact them many time .they are lacking of info. every time . i get the complain number in return but my problem is not solved. I am continuously trying to airtel form 21th December 2011 but they does not give me positive reply. on that scheme they need IMEI no, address of shop. my mobile no , and scan pdf copy of receipt and i provide the detail to them . but airtel does not give me benefit of scheme . on return they give me 2G (gprs) data on date 6th jan .2011 . but as per the scheme i have a right to get the benefit of 3G speed not 2G… so pls help me to solved my problem.. my contact no is 9998486674
