We have brought an UPS from your company 10 months ago. We are running 20,00,000/- digital X-ray machine on it. But, it is not working now. Our business got stuck. The warranty period has not been expired. we complained to local service company.They have reported a problem with the mother board. It has to be replaced. It is about 15 days but, nothing has done.
