From the past 5 to 6 days, 3 rs is being deducted. A service called
Sher-O-Shaiyri has been activated. I didnt activate this service at all. we get calls daily from airtel as soon as I recived the call, the service got activated. This is not the first time this is happening….its really very irritating….I dont recharge my cell to activate any service..whenever i complaint to a customer care they say that I activated this service… and from the past few days i am nt able call customer care as well…when i call 121 they tell me to call 198….and when i dial 198 the tell me to call 121 for complaining….its soo irritaing. I want this service to stop immidiatly and i even want refund. i want my balance that has been deducted from this service.
