SnapDeal – Product Damaged Poor Service – Review

We purchased an Electrolux refrigerator from Snapdeal on May 12, 2014. The product was initially delivered 5 days late on May 21, 2014. The product was damaged and we immediately created a return. The product has still not been picked up (June 23, 2014). Repeated calls have been made to the dealer but still they are acting lousy and the product is not yet picked up. My amount of Rs. 10000 is also stuck as the product has not yet been picked up. We posted the same on Facebook but still there was no response from the dealer end. Basically, they delivered a product which is faulty and failed to pick up the product and kept our money with themselves. We need interest on the money.

Firstly, the money is stuck and has not yet been refunded. We are losing interest on the money. Secondly, repeated phone calls (at least 10-12) create a havoc for us and give us mental pressure. It increases our mobile bill. And false calls from them that they will pick up the product forces us to take a half day from office and we will have to lose on our salary.

We want the product to picked up as soon as possible and we want a refund for the amount which is stuck.
