My grandfather (Chander Kishore Sharma) is retired as a Superintendent from Statistical Branch Northern Railway, Jalandhar city on 31-03-1992. He has retirement benefits for 7th pay commission recommendations. He has submitted all the required documents for this retirement benefits to FA & CAO Pension, NR Baroda House, Delhi with three reminders from last two years. But pay commission arrears are not disburse till date after repeated appeal to the department.
