9886527555, incoming and outgoing barred.

Hello Airtel,
This is with referrence to my mobile number 9886527555. Please note that i had ported my services from idea to Airtel, which was 2 weeks ago and i was able to use the services only for 2 to 3 days once after the porting procedure was completed (It took 1 week’s time duration to get ported from idea to Airtel). All of a sudden the outgoing calls were barred and after 2 or 3 days even the incoming calls were barred. Reason being that i had to re-submitt the documents again, which i already did on 14/12/2011 in one of your Airtel outlet or office which is in my locality “K.r.puram, Bangalore”. I would like to bring in to your notice that despite of submitting the proper documents, i was told that the documents were rejected once again and i had to resubmitt it again which i came to know only a day before submitting the documents again, for the second time. This is a complete harrassment and you people are keep on causing mental tortures. I did my job by submitting the documents perfectly while porting and that is why i was able to use your services for 3 days after porting was done. It was again that i resubmitted the documents on time on 14/12/2011 and i never got an intimation that this documentary also failed and i had to resubmitt the documents again. Perhaps i once again submitted the documents on 24/12/2011 because of your irresposible and incapability of handling the query on time and simply rejecting the documents though it seems to be true. Now the question that arises is, IS YOUR AIRTEL DOCUMETARY TEAM SLEEPING WHILE VERIFIYING THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED OR ARE THEY PURPOSELY DOING IT JUST BECASUE THEY FIND THE PREPAID NUMBERS ARE GOOD. Here is the confirmation number for the complaint that i have already lodged: 3133335211400. Usuf is the Manager who assured me that he will get my issue fixed and the service will bounce back to me on 26/12/2011 by 4PM. Again when i spoke today one of your customer support agent gave me a blind answer that the query will be fixed within next 72 hrs. I never blame your CSR’s because you make people hate your system of customer deliverables, you guys never kept the promise. 2 weeks of no service has caused alots of loss to me, Its my personal number which is 9886527555 and now i am missing it too personally which might take me through a very personal siutation that i will have to sue you guys legally in the consumer court.

WHATEVER YOU GUYS DO, I DONT CARE. I WANT MY NUMBER BACK EITHER YOU GUYS SPEAK TO IDEA AND SWITCH MY NUMBER IMMEDIATELY, OR JUST PORT MY NUMBER IMMEIDATELY TO ANY OTHER SERVICE IF YOU HAVE NO SOLUTION OR NO PLANS OF FIXING THE ISSUE.
