Sir,
I’m Mohit kumar bisoi, from Bikash nagar, Rairangpur, Mayurbhanj, Orissa (+91-9776383339). I’m dissatisfy by the service from voda custemer care.They charge Rs.30/- without any notice to me, regarding MCI(missed call info.). When I inquire about it, they reply that you call to a vodafone number so your account is deducted and the MCI was activated. I ask them I saw a miss called from an un known number, I call back.How i know the call from my friend’s or vodafone.When I raise a complain they don’t want to listen my complain. After 2days I ask the same, they replied that you have not submit your documents. How time I give my documents to them. That is their responsibility to take care of my documents, they said if you not submit your document they cut the connection with in 48hrs.This is only reason for disturb me. Now what should I do Sir, this is the last hope for me to inform you about this. Please sir ask them don’t do so.
