while booking my house hold arcticle at vellacherry in chennai the have charged Rs 724 for 82 kg and an extra amint of Rs 276 without bill. I have enquired but they said it common in all our booking office but while taking delivery at tirunelveli i come to know that they collected as extra. Imediately i have lodged a complient to the customer care centre they have informed me that the amount will be refunded to me and action will be taken against the vellacherry bookin clerk. But so far i have not received the amount .KIndly do the needful to get the refund at an early date
