i have a smart kid policy which wsa going fine.i had to pay monthly through ECS. as i hve changed the mode of payment i am asked to pay with a increase amount of premium with 5% ,lifelong.is it amatter of joke? is this ok with the government rules if not whom should i contact for my problem please consider with immedeat actions
