with due respect towards your estemmed institution .i beg to inform you that i had brought two sim of dosti scheme of BSNL on 19-07-2009 numbered 9432840515 & 9432840517 . the service of DOSTI has yet not been provided to my numbers .the numbers are of calcutta circle . please take nessary step to slove my problem soon.
