I am abdul naseer. customer of airtel for last 5 + years.
i was panning to port my number to other networks.
and on 16th of dec , i got a call from airtel exective regarding the reason for my porting.
and at last they given me a good offer A to A 10p/min and A to other mob 30p/min.

i accepted that offer and told like it will getting activated with in 72 hours.
buut till now i havent got that offer. i tried to call many times to customer executive for raising complaint. i dont know wether they are human beings. behaving to a customer in such a stupid manner.
dont they know how to behave with customers. they dont know the corporate behaviour.
i had tried for than 6,7 times. till i didnt got any offer.
one lady bahaved to me very harshly as i f i have done a great mistake.

what i neeed is now to change my network from airtel to some other networks.
i dont want to continue this hell anymore. please do the needful ASAp.
i need to get this issue resolved with in 24 hours.
