Its been more than 2 months that i have installed set top box of the above said company, However i fail to receive proper signals on my tv and the set top box is very slow and gets hang many a times. I have raised many complaints about it to the call centres but nobody resolved my problem yet. Now only thing i want is refund of my set top box.

I have faced mental trauma due bad tv signals and worst set top box. this has resulted in mental trauma to me. and i have paid for the services that i can hardly use. I only want my money refunded that i have paid till date nothing else.
