WONDERFUL SERVICE BY AIRTEL MADE ME CRY. On 05/02/13 I received a sms that NDTV News service has been activated on my number without my knowledge. When I called customer care centre (on 9/2/13) they told me without user initiation it is not possible to activate any service, but the fact is that I never requested any kind of service. I told them this type of problem I am facing for the third time and in earlier complaint you accepted your fault and reversed my deducted amount. Mr. Shiv (customer care executive -Airtel) denied to refund this deducted amount and this leads to little altercation between me & him. In the end Mr. Shiv activated around 10 value added service to my account which results zeroed my balance. I really wonder what kind of services Airtel providing to people.
