WE HAD PURCHASED A FRIDGE FROM SAMSUNG DEALER M/s. Kalapi Sales, Surendranagar, Gujarat on 05/10/2012. We were supplied with the faulty piece. Since then wehen we complained to the company they are sending their service engineers to my place, the company informed me that some modifications are required to be made as the fridge is designed in Korea, for use in India, some modifications are required to be done, i gave the permission as per the request of the company to do some modifications, but after doing the same the problem still exists, the problem is of water leakage and water is being accumulated. The problem is not solved ans still exists… the company not giving proper reply

Company is performing R&D on the fridge purchased by me,,, i want the company faulty piece to be replaced on urgent basis
