I purchased the Royal Enfield Bullet 350cc in 20’th March 2009.,chasis no. 780379A,Engine no.780379A,RTO no.GJ 1-L-610 from Kaveri Motors Sula Road opposite to Highcourt Ahmedabad.

After one month the vehicle started giving problems so i complained for the same.Since then almost 06 times i faced the problem where vehicle stops running .Every time they tell that its the battery Problem so asked him to replace the battery ,Even after that the Vehicles is not running. So i handed over to showroom again.
Even I approached to their head office Chennai and spoken to Mr. Manoj Verma but their negative response has made me file charge of mental harrasement ,personal abuse and cheating while selling me defective piece of bullet.
Its 06 to 07 times happen with me ,causing lot of mental harrasement ,disturbance in my schedule.
There is no positive response from company side.
I need replacement of vehicles as it is just 06 month since i purchased.
Even my mental harrasement has gone behind.Even i was on verge of losing my job since vehicles problems to reporting on job atleast 05 to 06 times.
