Dear Sir/Madam I (Policy no-152104/48/12/02600) have submitted all the papers for medical hospitalization claim Rs.29619/- to Oriental Insurance Company-Bhopal which forwarded to 3rd Party i.e MD India for clearing the claim but after passing the four months,claim was not reimbursed for the reason of late submission of papers of 13 days and pre intimation of admission in hospitalization.MD India is requiring for clarification from oriental Insurance Company but despite of my timely submission and pre-intimation to him they have not forwarded to MD India.Every time i call to MD India they say that it will require 15 more days.please help me Ritesh Ranjan
