I have renew the Airtel digital with existing Package which have All sports channels i.e, Star Sports, Star Cricket etc and before renewing it, I have checked online all the channels are available in the site (even available now)but now I am not getting those channels and when I have contacted the customer care but they are saying From November 1, 2012 they have disconnected all the sports channel. But still all the channels are very much available on the internet website. If they are not providing those channels they should immediately remove it from the site whiche they are not done. I have renewed it because of online site only otherwise I would have changed the plan.

Company is bluffing the customers by putting all the channels in the website.

I want all the Sports Channels without extra cost.
