Online order placed on 16 December 2012 through www.bata.in – They cancelled the order on 1 January 2013. They took 15 days to tell me that my order is being cancelled and they do not respond with the right information for cancellation neither refund.

They have taken my money since 16 December 2012 and no refund given to me till date.

I need refund and them to reimburse me the value of the goods ordered which they failed to deliver even after waiting 15 days.
