I recharged online from sulekha.com on 9783520228..There are 6 transaction for rs 17*6=102..But 4 transaction was success and 2 failure but my account is debited 102 rs..I forwarded many mails to Sulekha.com..after few days they wrongly refunded 68rs into my account..Actual refund amount was 34rs.. After 1 month without giving any information/intimate to me..they deduct my account 2 times with 17 rs…when i am calling to sulekha.com then they are not giving me response..providing fake information when i call them..many mails have been forwarded by me..but no response…plz look into this matter

I want proper response from sulekha.com that why did they do…and refund my balance..because they are misusing customers bank details…
