I had activated on 25th Jan 2013 Rs 1150 per month broadband plan and paid Rs 3450 as advance for 3 months (to get free airtel modem router). Airtel has sent a bill (that too very late after repeated reminders) and charged Rs 3450 for one month!

1. Mental harassment 2. lost time in getting airtel to send bill 3. over billing and possible threat of disconnection due to airtel’s total incompetence in making a simple bill

1. send correct bill 2. as a penalty for future, they should donate the excess bill they want from me to akshaya patra to help children attend school
