Tata Sky steep hike in package & change in components of the package

i’ve a tatasky dth,which was due for renewal on 29.03.13,i’ve been interacting with the customer care since 19.03.13,they asked me to reew my earlier package for 3465, i said last time i’d renewed the same for only 2650 despite the price being 3025 so kindly help me by giving a discount they’ve been refusing to do that!!

only shafi said as a goodwill gesture since ur a premier customer we can do something….but he is missing,where is he?nobody is giving me his no.!!

its been more than 4 days since i sent a mail n there has been absolutely no response from shafi!!!

somebody called from this no.04067284700 at 12.50 pm n very bluntly said there is no possibility of any discount either u take it or leave it it is ur choice n said shafi was wrong in giving u any hope as no such thing is possible!!!

i asked him to give the nodal officers no.,he had cut the phone,i tried calling the no.back…..no. does not exist,why doesnt the no.exist?i called him within seconds of him disconnecting the call????

what am i supposed to do????

before the call was disconnected i’d asked what about giving compensation to me for having made me wait for more than 96 hrs in anticipation of resolution by shafi between 1.13 pm of 26.03.13 n 5.05 pm of 30.03.13,he said no compensation…..what sort of service industry is this?

we r fleeced at each n everyt stage,we r made to wait relentlessly n then at the end of it the obnoxious attitude of the executive as though dictating terms to accept their terms or quit…..where do we customers fit in?who says customer is king?we r made to beg these people to extend some loyalty benefits after having paid a hefty price to tatasky in 2004 n having continued to be a loyal customer….using the same package only for the last 9yrs not having availed any of their showcase offers despite being given free………..means only one thing we want a no frills package…………..but these people keep on rejigging the packages,reduce the free months and insist that we pay more for the added package….sports package has been added to supersaver pack so we cannot give any discount.who wants the sports package????the worst part is the remove the music channels from this package n say u pay extra for it?

what sort of era r we living in???

who says customer is king??when they make us wait for 14 days to resolve my issue n that too in their favour,why do we need liberalization….it is more of cartelisation!!
all these people have ganged up to fleece customers!!!

wish we had portability of set top boxes too just like mobile no.portability to move out of one service provider to another only then these people would behave nicely with us….. as they know that this guy cant go to another service provider as his set top box will be dud if he does (buy a new one with the new provider).

can anyone rescue me from this anarchy!!!!!!

i’ve tried calling their nodal officer a 100 times but to no avail as there is no one at the other end,probably another wrong no.
