I booked a packet for IGNOU NEW DELHI on 4-Mar-2013. That was refused by IGNOU on 6-Mar-13 but till date i had not get it back whenever i called the company or mailed them they said they are tracking but nothing happen.

I send some important papers to University and its last date is 16-Mar-2013 it will make me punish for nearly 2000rs. I need this packet returned me soon so i can save that much of amount to go waste.
