sir, 8-4-2013, i am trying to withdraw 10,000.00 (at 8:30 pm, 8-4-2013 )from union bank atm, tilak nager near reliance fresh outlet, but the money did’t come out of the machine(atm machine giving error : “ENTER MULTIPLES OF HUNDRED”), later i withdraw 12,000.00 from icici atm, vishnu garden, with sucess tracastion. leter i check with my account, i was shocked the unsuccessful transaction is debited from my account(10000/-). how it is possible. please credit my money to my account quickly. i hal made complaint on customer care with reff no: sr264650403 . ——————– 15-4-2013i received sms from bank regarding my complaint, which says he disputed transaction is successfull. how it can be, when i was trying , ATM says “enter multiples of hundred”. how can atm dispense the cash if error is coming . plz help me to get my money back.
