Respected sir, I had booked a micromax A110 canvas2 mobile through myvirtualplaza.com on 2/2/2013 order no: MVP0026333. I had done the payments for Rs.9979/ and I have received an online conformation regarding the transaction being successful. But till date (14/4/2013) I didn’t get the same or money back. I have tried their customer care number many times, it is busy all the time (09701123667, 04023562071 and 04065656560) and send several mail also. But no one responding for the same. Then googled and got few numbers of their employees after contacting them got my phone with Rajesh (09966562324) and I request him for cancellation of order and refunding of my credit which I already paid to them. At last they mailed me that they have refunded the money back on 26/3/2013 to my account and I will get it after 5 working days and now three weeks are already passed, but money not entered to my account. I am calling them every day but they gave me false promises of refunding. They are just time passing with clients. Please help me sir…
