I have booked Aakash tab (a project sponsored by the Indian Government, Ministry of Human Resource Development) on the month of 1st March2013 and was given booking ID ” PMEE3C994F83 “. The Payment was made through online banking. Then I got acknowledgment (through e mail) from datawind’s that we have received your amount of Rs5949 for your ordered device Ubislate7C+. Thank you for your payment. We will dispatch your device within 72 Hours. Till 14th march 2013 I did not get the product and emailed them and they called me on 6th march 2013 and said you will get your product within 3 days. But its 14th march 2013 as I write this, I did not get the product till now. They have stopped replying to my emails, online enquiry/complaint. They do not answer or pick up helpline number 1800 180 2180
