I Rahul Deb Roy applied for reliance Broadband wire line connection on 06-Feb-2013 through the sales associate of Reliance Communications Mr Manjunath, contact number(9901001545). He told me that I’ll get the connection by that day only. Today is 14-March-2013, already one month over but I did not get the connection. I tried to Talk Mr Manjunath again and again but he did not give me any kind of reply. I have complained 3 to 4 times in customer care number but did not get any kind of response till today. I visited their store to file my complain but they told for wire line connection there is no physical location only the cutomer care number is the way to complain.
My customer application form number which was given by Reliance Communications is “17800032306445”. I paid by cash Rs 1200 at that time(06-02-13) when I applied for the connection. And than Mr Manjunath gave me a small receipt where amount I paid, date of application, customer application number, signature of sales associate are mentioned.
I want my 1200 rupees back along with the extra money which I had to pay for this purpose.
