On 18.04.2013 at 7.16 A.M some fake missed call from this unknown number(923054400465). Please track this number & suitable action taken against this number.

Why are Indian Telecom Service providers not taking any action for such massive calls ? Are they too greedy that when we call back we get charged for International rates ?

I request the Government to intervene and levy suitable penalty against operators.
