I recharged for rs 200 few days ago and when we get the conformation message it was written that i got full talk time but and special beneift is 400 local airtel to airtel calls and 100 local and national sms .but when i called my father and brother who is also with airtel i got charged and was deducted from my mail balance.. when i complained to airtel for 3 days no one replied then again i sent a mail to them then they said its proper and i have taken the beneift for the same. where in i have not used at all they charged me .. Please help me

I want you to fine them with a huge amount and also provide me with a huge compensation and make sure they dont do this with anyone again
