I bought Hitachi Acecutout split AC on 14.06.2012 vide b.no.SRJ-2036 from Sargam Electronics, Jail Road, New Delhi and after 2-3 days of installation I noticed that there was very less cooling and complaint was lodged for no cooling on 19.6.2012, company engineer visited and told that gas may not have been filled in the company itself and in good faith we let him refilled the gas believing that there is no leakage but this year when we again restarted the AC we noticed that again the cooling has stopped again we lodged the complaint and company engineer told on 16.4.13 that there is no gas in AC and there may be some leakage on 18.4.13 another engineer came and found the leakage in outdoor unit and despite our protest he said that earlier engineer in 2012 may have not checked the ac correctly and that we can only repair the leakage and refill the gas and AC cannot be replaced and I let them repair the product under protest as there was a manufacturing defect and same problem has risen 2 times in an year I want the product to be replaced but the company is saying they do not replace the product just repair it.
I want the product to be replaced with a brand new AC as it is under warranty. I have lost faith in the current AC as company has cheated me saying that the gas may not have been filled at company itself but this year again the same problem has risen and they say it is because of leakage which shows that company is making fool of me.
