ShopClues Damaged Product

Dear sir/madam, I purchased a product from shopclues.com on Nov 2012 but I got the defective product and I complaint within the stipualeted period and they agreed to arrange for pickup of the product and replace the product. But after many request and repeated reminders they informed that the area is not serviceable for pickup so they told me to return product to them and they will bear the cost of shopping. I choose the most trusted Indian Post to return the product but the product returned back to me saying that the address can not be located. I again contacted the shopclues.com but again they give ticket number as usual and told they will contact me with 2 days but after 14 days they still not contacted so I called them back but by talking for more than 15 min they not give any satisfactory reply and told to again return the same by courier company. Its almost 6 months and many replies and call I still not get any reply from them. Please help. Regards, Naresh Kumar 9479470375

My Product should be replaced by arranging pick up as the product returned back to me when I dispatched to shipper address. Also Courier and Phone call charges.
