I had cancelled a ticket and got a confirmation of refund from Make My Trip on August 31st. I was expecting my refund within 7 working days although till date (November 1st 2009) I have not received my refund. I tried to follow up with the company by making telephone calls however the customer service tells me that they are processing my claims. Another hurdle is it takes at least 15 minutes to be able to talk to a customer service agent. I feel that I am getting a run around from the company in getting my own rightful money.
