respected sir, i m a terminated agent of max new york life insurance co. from tripura, i live far away from agartala, hence i take lot of pain to visit their office and contact them, i have asked the employee of that office to give info. regarding getting no objection from them, but she pays no attention to me, then i mailed them many times for the same at their e-mail address-service.helpdesk@maxnewyorklife.com, but not recived any reply. my licence no. is8145506, then i comlained the same at grahak seva online complaints system, two days after that, they have called me and promised to solve the problem. for that i have to submit 2 forms along with my id, now my problem is i have to give some details in that form that includes the code no. of sale managers, but i was given two sales manager durring the tenure of my agency period,and i was not given the codes of sales managers. the incharge of the max life insurance at agartala office is very rude she abused me and told she doesnt know the codes, and cannot accept the forms incomplete and cannot process the request farthar. i wonder if the office staff cannot provide me the information, then how am i suppose to know the codes of sales manager.under such condition, i dnt see any hope to get my problem solved, i just beg your help me to get my no objection to join other insurance co. thanking you sambhunath sen 9862890508
