Dear sir, I am Romancy Rajendran, i actually made an online purchase of Micromax mobile infinity p275 through the website http://www.themobilestore.in on 02-Nov-2012. The order number is 3110340820677. In the first few days itself i had problem with the gadget, i made complaint and visited the nearby store frequently, the executive asked me to visit the Micromax service center to rectify the problem. I did go, but my problem is still unresolved. The tablet is of no use to me it isn’t working properly. I would like you to please take this issue seriously and take action as soon as possible.
