Respected Sir / Madam, I had vide invoice bill No. 16338 dated 17/03/2013 purchased one Kaveri double cot 6 1/4 x 5 and one Godrej Swing mattress of the same size. The price was INR. 8590 + 6900 respectively. I also paid delivery charge of INR.250/- thus paying INR.15740/- in total. This was delivered on 19/03/2013. My complaint is that the warnish on the cot’s two sides (towards head and leg) are gone in many places making it look ugly and in one of the place in the leg (top) it is totally peeled off. At the time of delivery I refused to take the cot to which they said that they will send their person to warnish it again. I have not confirmed the receipt on the challan / delivery note which I said and they agreed would be signed once they rewarnish the bed. I have called them so many times but they have not yet send their person to do it.

I want the cot to be changed.
