Your service center persons does not have time to know the actual problem. I told that –
Incoming/Outgoing voice Issue- i’m connected on call then incoming/outgoing voice has stop within minute. If, I made the 10 telephone calls then i need to disconnect atleast 7-8 calls within minute. Receptionist has marked only network issue. How can understand technical engineer person with the problem?
USB Problem:- I’m connecting the USB with personal computer but card card option is not appearing in My Computer screen or no notification is found on mobile screen when i connect the USB but mobile is charging by USB.
NOTE: Last time, both issues were reported to your service center but I found correct only USB and same Incoming/Outgoing voice issue was existing after getting delivery from service center.
I would request you to please update above details to service center for better services of my mobile. I aspect from your center that i should not go again to your service center with same problem.
