I got a compressor replaced under warranty in 2009 for my double fridge, since then the fridge was giving problems. Since we are not technical , we thought they have installed a proper compressor. Yesterday through a technician from LG we came to know that they have a installed a compressor of lower power. A compressor meant for single door LG, even though mine is a double door fridge. Due to the same reason the Fridge does not cool in summers due to less power.
This is a case of fraud and cheating. We trusted LG service department to resolve our problem but it let us down. Now they are ready to install a new compressor but for that we have to pay.
