I had booked a MICROMAX A116 CANVAS Mobile [Item Code: MOB/mic/mic/25128] from KAUNSA.Com [online shopping portal of – MIfy Solutions Pvt Ltd, SF-204, Singhal Tower, Sec-58, Noida, UP] on 12 April 2013. I had also made online payment on the say day through net banking [which was confirmed by KAUNSA.Com through e-mail and I was given 27 April 2013 as delivery date of my order. Since then I regularly call KAUNSA.Com helpline no [911204835000]. But I always get same replu that your product is under process and we will shortly e-mail you the desptach details. It’s been 23 days past my promised delivery date of 27 Apr 2013. Even after receiving payment they are not delivering my product.

I want KAUNSA.Com to immediately deliver my order at my address and also to provide me with the tracking/shipping/despatch details of my order.
