On 15-May my Luminous Inverter started giving trouble. I had filed a compliant on 15-May and the service request generated againt the complaint was IN135052218. However, even after repeated reminders the issue has not been fixed. On 16-May one technician had visited us who assured that he will revisit us with spare parts to rectify the issue. However, no one has visited us since then to rectify the matter. The technician who has been assigned this complaint is Manoj Rajput

We have not been able to use the Luminous Inverter for the last 6 days causing lot of inconvenience. We have paid Rs.1500 for AMC(AMC no.015751)(CR no.10315). In addition we had recently purchased a Inverter Battery for Rs.8000(Rupees Eight Thousand Only). Total investment including inverter cost of Rs.25000 has gone waste.
