We have taken Tikona Service in 2011. First few months it was working fine and we have paid all our bills on time using the online service. However after few months there was no service at all, we spoke to customer service, and they advised there are a network issue and it will resolve in 3-5 days. After 3-5 days we again contact customer service, and they advised this time even they do not know how many days it will take more to resolve this issue. When we asked what is the exact reason, customer service respective advised that building authority are not giving them permission to put there modem on tower hence we are not getting service and even we do not know when this problem will be resolved. I have email too all nodal officers who worked in Tikona (entire India) and customer service no one never replied. ( I have all mails as evidence ) Finally we took a new service, and after few months Tikona sent his respective, and they took all the modem and everything with them. When we asked about the bills they advised your entire bill are settled since we are taking all these equipments. Suddenly after 2 yrs, I got a call from a lawyer based in Delhi threatening to pay the outstanding amount of 2000 otherwise he will file a case against us. I spoke to Lawyer and warned him do not call my family in the future and do whatever he wants. I mailed to customer service, and this time they respond in two days stating my outstanding bills is 2000, and when I explained all situations it reduced to 1330. I also questioned them about service which I have not got over a month, and the person who took all the modem and gave us receipt stating about full and final settlement. Still waiting response from them but by the mean time I would like to register the complaint against them.

Compensation for not providing a service for over two months and no one should call Lawyer or anyone to my family members. A Written apology letter.
