Vodafone 3G – Wrong Info & Mis-Selling of Product

We took the Vodafone 3G Mobile broadband sim from sales rep who was standing infront of JM road Vodafone gallery, gave SIM on term for the rental of 300 Rs for initial 2 months 5GB 3G data usage free afterward 2G unlimited. He took Rs 1000 as advance amount. Once Sim Activated we called and reconfirm our plan we shock that was wrong information and plan he sold us. We requested on same to stop our services to call center due to these wrong information and refund our Rs.1000 Else take 300 +12.5%tax as 1 month rental and refund our remaining amount.

They said we can close your services for refund get contacted with Jangali Maharaj Rod Galary where the person who sold SIM seats. We contacted those gallery they said we don’t know who sold you the SIM sorry. We lost the hope for 700 Rs because we know the sales rep will not be available and there no receipt for advance we trust based on Vodafone and his welcome gesture at Vodaphone gallery. Now there is back office who are not listening neither call center on our issue we are unable to get justice. My father is hear patient and I have small kid I am unable to handle the calls and threats from back office forcing us to pay on further even we have not used there services. Request you to please help us to give us justice.

We want to get rid off this issue. -We want penalty charges to be cover as my family suffer along with our advance paid to Vodafone. -We would like to hear that the respective concern person has been given proper sales training or required punishments
