I have ordered for Nokia lumia 520 black color phone in Nokia online store which is powered by Indiatimes shopping online store on 23 April 2013. I paid with my corporation bank Debit card. order id:8000058181. After one week somebody called me from indiatimes shopping, telling the nonavailabilty of phone and without my consent cancelled the order and tol I wil get my refund with in 10 days. But now 20 days passed and I am not getting the refund. When I contacted them through chat and email, They replied they will raise a complaint and the complaint ID is:43180 Then they are telling that The refund has been done on 15/05/213and gave Refund Reference ID is 313500134121. But when I contacted my bank, till 6:00 pm-21 May 2013 the refund is not credited into my account.Bank people told me they have no intimation on refund till the time mentioned above. Since it is the responsibility of IndiaTimes shopping to remitt the refund money into my back account, they are failed to do so, which means they are cheating me online.

I want my paid amount back with interest that is Rs 9723 + interest till date I want other miscellaneous charges Rs 500. This transaction caused me a severe mental agony So I want Rs 9000 as Relief Total Rs 19223/- + interest till date.
