I Mr. Chandra Mohan have booked two jeans pants on yepme.com website for my Cousin Mr. Dinesh as a gift for him and Yepme assigned order id for this is: 1923622 on 10th April 2013 and the whole amount Rs. 1000 towards this order is paid on the same day i.e. 10th April on Yepme.com website through my credit card number ending with 0000 and the credit card transaction Ref. number is 75503723101002912866915. The product details are 1) Yepme Kriss Dark Wash Jeans and 2) Yepme Kriss Light Wash Jeans. I complained to Yepme many times through phone and through email. Even till date I didn’t received the order and every time I call them I will be hearing excuse from them asking 24/48 hours time to deliver the items. Sometimes they will be saying the order is shipped on April 23rd but they are not able to provide proper tracking number or they are even not aware of the courier details or status. I am very much annoyed with the delay in delivery and even I am not confident that I will receive the order from them.

Please order Yepme to deliver the order as soon as possible and fine him for the delay and mental anguish caused by him. (or) If yepme is unable to deliver it in time then order him to Refund my amount along with interest and fine him for the delay and mental anguish caused by him.
