Airtel Mobile Internet Balance Deduction without intimation

I have never used internet on my mobile but this had started automatically before 2 months at that time I had spoken to many of the customer care executives and got disconnected. But again from yesterday it had automatically started deducting the amount from my mobile. I had spoken to a customer care executive named Mr Sanjay. The Ref.no. is CBDMO20614663852. He had spoken to me in a very rude manner and started quarreling with me. Even he had said that you can complain to anyone and banged the call without intimating me. He was lying that there is no senior on floor and sometimes he says senior is on another call so he cannot attend your call. This is not expected from Airtel, I am not at all satisfied from your customer care executive and want to complain on him. Request you to please take an immediate action. If I don’t get any reply on this will have to complain it to your higher officials. -Lavanya
