Causing regular health issue due to smoke and bad smell(of frying samosa and wada) comes from Bhel shop below residential building. Owner of bhel shop has installed smoke exhaust system but he never uses the same because of electricity bill. Requested him many time to use the smoke exhaust system but no response from him.

He should use his smoke exhaust system regularly(whenever he fry something in his shop.
