MakeMyTrip Poor Service – Stranded at Bangkok and Pattaya

We landed at Swarnabhumi Airport local time 6.30 AM, after completion of VISA on Arival formalities, we were outside at Gate No 10 at 7.45 AM (It was Fast track VISA for which we paid 400 Bhat extra ) We were two persons. As per the instruction give in page No. 2 given by Make My Trip, we searched for name in the entire area (GATE NO.1 to 10) to our surprise we could not find any placard with our name. And it was small white pater pasted on to the railing saying “MakeMyTrip” and there was none behind that paper or to attend to us. At 8.35 AM we found a lady with bunch of papers in her hand chatting with other agents over their, when we approached and enquired about MMT, she pulled out few papers and gave it to me asking, do you have your name in THIS ? It was their luckily. GREAT CO_ORDINATION STARTED FROM THEIR. with lots of difficulty and strain finally we got in to a coach parked wrongly at the outside the airport for which police challaned them. It was 11.00 AM when we left the Airport. NO WATER, NO COURTESY, NO BREAKFAST and SHE DID NOT EVEN ACCOMPANIED THE COACH. When we reached Hotel, Driver just got down and left our luggage 10 mtrs away from Hotel and just shown that There is the hotel, you go….. We thought this is the hospitality of MMT. we checked in. We found the same lady co-ordinating at another hotel that is opposite the hotel where we are staying. She did took us to an Indian Restaurant for lunch and we paid 500 Bhat for 2 persons. Also she lured to take us to “Russian Show” in the evening at cost of 800 Bhat per head and took 500Bhat as advance. That was the end of her appearance in the entire episode. Neither she had the courtesy to revert back nor she arranged further co-ordination. We were not provided the show, Corel Island Trip and further information for next days transfer to Bangkok Airport. we were stranded and left with lots of agony and mental disturbance in not knowing what to do. We tried calling the local Nos been provided in the voucher given to us, and they did responded saying that they are not working for make my trip and resigned from their job. Very surprise that service industry people resigning over night.. Finally we tried the INDIAN EMERGENCY NO. where none to attend and we left a SMS as well. We took taxi by paying additional 1200 bahat to bangkok airport and without seeing further tours. We were scared, couple of stories heard like robery and murder etc., totaly mental agony. In this regard, we called upon MMT to clarify their stand on this matter that why we should not approach the “CONSUMER COURT” ? No surpirse that there is no response till this hour. I request the concernd authority to get us a compenstion of 25 Lakhs from MMT and this judgment they should learn

The relief should set an example to the entire industry, I seek 25% of my one time insurance that is 25 Lakhs.
