It is to bring into your notice that on 23/02/2013, an amount of Rs.123.56 has been debited from my mobile no. account balance for no reason. When i talked to Mr. Mahipal, a senior associate of IDEA customer service department, he respond that above said amount has been debited due to internet browsing usage. But i disagree with his response because on that day i had activated Rs.5 internet usage recharge in which 30 MB usage limit is provided and i am sure enough that i had not used beyond 30 MB.Moreover alert message from IDEA is obtained by me after i talk to customer service representative regarding extra charges. This kind of incidences had been occured with me previously also, but i opt to let them go because of smaller balance deductions in my Number

Kindly refund of balance of Rs.123.56 with penalty
