I am one of their DSA. Recently I ordered 1 of their 16461 Golden Rose Ultra Moisture Rich Gold Shine lipstick MRP529 for which I paid Rs.423 as a DSA. The product I received was 2 and a half years old. Due to expire in 1/14. Avon has a 100% guarantee; Which sates that, ”If our customers are not happy with the purchase of a product, they can return the unused packed product within 30 days from the date of purchase along with its invoice for the money back.” I did exactly the above. I was assured by their Call Centre Executive that I would my money back plus Rs.25 for courier charges. That makes it Rs.448. Instead I was refund ONLY Rs.350 and that too I am expected to spend buying products within the next 20 days.
As you read above I have incurred a loss of Rs.98 + Rs. 10(Courier cost Rs.35 out of which only Rs.25 was refunded) + the many call charges that I paid (Calls made to the courier company + calls made to Avon complaining, requesting and complaining again.)
I want Rs.448 + damages paid by the company. Moreover I would like a period of 2 month during which I can redeem the above.
