Sony India,Faulty New Mobile

I had purchased a new Xperia E model (single sim) mobile (IMEI NO:35555805-003067-3) from M/s orange Tele System F-14 Kalkaji New Delhi -110019 on 19/5/2013 vide bill No. 373. I would like to humbly submit that I have been facing problems with the handset ever since I bought it. I approached the dealer who after dillydallying for sometime asked me to go to Sony Repair Centre. Problems faced in it: Within a week of purchase of the mobile, the charger started giving problems and eventually stopped working. Then I realized that the calls were getting disconnected suddenly whereas there was no problem on the same locations earlier with my previous mobile. Further I observed that all songs/media files saved on the handset were getting disrupted while playing. I lodged complaint on Sony help desk for the problems vide: Ticket id:13061103047 (for handset problem) Ticket id:13061103053 (for charger) Ticket id :13062000624 (for handset problem on 20/6/13) Against ticket id: 13061103053, I got the replacement of the charger Against ticket id: 13061103047, my handset was returned in 2-3 days after updating the software but it did not help. Against ticket id: 13062000624, dated 20/6/2013 ON 1/7/2013 when I went to m/s Accel Frontline Ltd, Nehru place, New Delhi 110019, I was still not delivered the handset and informed, that it needs replacement of: Motherboard Display Touch Screen Charger(Already Replaced) I have paid my hard earned money to enjoy new equipment I have purchased but it has been with the service centre for 1 reason or the other ever since. I contacted Sony helpdesk, Mr. Alkesh Joshi- Delhi Area Service Incharge (99911172078), Mr. Manoj Kushwaha – Branch Service Incharge (8826544022). for the replacement of the handset. They have been telling me over the phone that I shall get a replacement soon but none of the email IDs(alkesh.joshi@ap.sony.com?; manoj.kushwaha@ap.sony.com?; sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com?; accelsvc_del@accelfrontline.in; somc_serviceindia@sonymobile.com?; nishan.k@accelitresources.com?;) I have written to has responded back formally. Today when I spoke to Mr. Manoj Kushwaha, he has suddenly refused for any replacement where as earlier on different ocassions I was informed that 1st level, 2nd level, …nth level approval is done.

Although I have been requesting Sony Mobile for a replacement, but now I may please be refunded my money and paid for the physical and mental agony, monetary loss I have suffered.
