I am getting missed call’s from +923049450982 which is unknown to me. OFFERING YOU HAVE WON PRIZE and having they are misusing my phone number +919908279049.

This is despite me having registered in National Do Not Call Registry. Why is the Government not taking any action against Indian Telecom companies for not blocking such Spam Calls ?
