We had for our educational upcoming product had registered a website -www.handwritinglimited.com.
This website work was assigned to Mr. Suprit Bagga of Animotion Company.
He charged us a fee of Rs. 28,000 for all static pages which was too much but because of urgent need, we agreed.
We paid him the advance of Rs. 18,000/- by cheque for which he denies receiving and is constantly asking for money whereas the work is also incomplete.
This has caused us immese damage.
